“I have attended two classes a week since late 2016. Shelley understands the drive and commitment it takes to improve our lives. She gently keeps us motivated and engages with everyone, both collectively & individually, in the class, I have noticed she reads the room & reassures where needed. I plan to attend until she retires!”

“Shelly is fantastic not only is she highly qualified and brilliant she gives you back your confidence when I joined I was very nervous Shelly completely restored my confidence. Most of all she has an amazing sense of humour and lift your spirits every time you go. It’s a great place to meet similar people who’ve been through similar events and a really good place to bolster your confidence and build Your cardiovascular strength back again.”

“Enthusiastic, fun, kind. Shelley is like a bottle of pop. She is clearly well trained and knows her stuff. However the special thing about her classes is how she makes everyone feel. Her good humour and kind nature are infectious. She encourages everyone however pushes no-one beyond their comfort zone. Always inclusive, even when I don’t feel like going, knowing I will be seeing Shelley, makes me try to turn up.
Aside from the exercise, its great to go to a class to support my husband after his “event” For him I see many benefits, not only the exercise but also having a group of individuals “in the same boat” to interact with – a support network, what a fabulous initiative to improve health and wellbeing!”

I also value the support and friendship of the other members of the classes.”
